I love everything there is to love about the beach. The noise of the waves, the aqua color of the ocean, the expanse of sky, and all the peachy sand and seashells are just some of my favorite parts. The ocean has always spoken to me, and I feel happiest when sitting beside the water. I have found that many of my clients feel the same, and have begun offering limited sessions in Jupiter Florida and surrounding Palm Beach. There is something special about the way the light falls there, and it’s beautiful at both morning and evening light. Some people prefer the light on the West coast since you catch sunset over the water, but while that is a beautiful sight I think the softness of the colors on the East Coast lend itself perfectly to sunset beach sessions here too. Recently I had the privilege of photographing my beautiful sister and her family, and it was really a spectacularly beautiful night. Their outfits were perfectly coordinated to the weather, and the beach was so cool with the sandy outcropping of ocean rocks to stand around and play in. This awesome group became total troopers as I marched them up and down the beach looking for the perfect angle and clouds. At one point the wave came up a bit farther than we anticipated and the bottoms of Jurgen’s pants got soaked. A quick cuff of the pants and the images became even more relaxed and beachy. These people are always so genuine and amazing – love them so much! Enjoy these sneak peeks of this awesome Florida beach session!
