This amazing family came to my downtown Frederick studio for their baby girl’s newborn photo session, which was extra exciting for me since I had photographed their maternity session just a few weeks earlier. I love photographing my baby plan families since I really get to know them over the year, and get to watch their families grow up in front of my camera.
Big brother here was so amazing and proud of his new role, and baby sister was just perfection and as sweet as can be. Sometimes when you have a big sibling that is quite young themselves, it can be hit or miss whether they want to cuddle up next to their new baby sibling. This is totally normal and is absolutely the norm, and yet this sweet boy was super excited to lay next to his sister and get his family photos taken as well. Definitely made my job easy since I’m normally bouncing around and trying to get the big sibling to laugh at all of my random silliness and antics. As soon as I put baby brother next to his sister he started smiling and holding her and giving her tons of head kisses.
He was just awesome and so excited to be a part of everything! I cant wait to see their bond grow and continue as she grows up with him.
This sweet family had me smiling the whole time and their happiness and relaxed joy was infectious. I loved seeing them again and being a part of this precious time in their lives as a family together. I cant wait to watch baby L grow up and photograph her again next year for her 1st birthday session as well! Enjoy these awesome studio newborn images!
