I loved having this beautiful newborn girl and her amazing family to my studio for this newborn baby sister’s photo session. This awesome family originally came to my studio for their (now) big sister’s newborn session a few years ago, and it was such a treat to see how much she’s grown over these years! This family was so full of happiness and love, lots of smiles and laughs and light hearted joy. It was great having them at my studio as we started with some family images and then some of just baby girl alone, plus so many amazing ones of the two sisters together. They had the best outfits (such a fun part of any session) and we were all cozy and warm inside my Frederick Maryland studio. This gorgeous baby sister was alert and awake for part of her session and then fell deeply asleep for part – the perfect combination for a newborn session. The light was so pretty up by the front windows in my studio so we did a lot of our family images up there, before heading back to the studio lit section to do some more formal family portraits as well. It’s so great to be able to offer both to my families and I always love doing both sets.
I love having access to all my props, pretty blankets and wraps, cute hats and headbands, a studio wardrobe for mom and my studio lights to keep everything consistent and perfect for a little newborn baby to be photographed. Sweet new baby A had such a sweet personality and she loved being held and cuddled. I loved meeting this new beautiful addition to their family and am overjoyed with happiness for them as they welcome this beautiful girl into their lives.
