I love how world travel photography has allowed me to see new cities and towns, and locations in the world while photographing the best people along the way. I’ve loved taking on more of these travel family photo sessions this year, as families choose some amazing adventures, and want me to photograph them in a new location or vacation. I love working with them to choose these locations and travel photo sessions with these families. This year has brought me all over the world, including my recent trip to Alberta Canada and the gorgeous Canadian Rocky mountains. The water in their lakes were the most vibrant aqua, with bright forest evergreen trees everywhere and massive limestone mountains that stood tall against the blue sky.
I loved photographing some gorgeous people while there, this amazing family is one of my favorites to photograph. It helps that this is my beautiful baby sister and her awesome family that I love so much, and love to photograph! I helped them pick out some awesome outfits for their mountain session, and I love how it came together. My “big” nephew and niece were super sweet and helpful in holding “little” nephew as he tried to go after duck droppings (nope) and the lake (nope again) and we had fun making him laugh and throwing him in the air to make him giggle. This is the best family and I was so honored to photograph them in this amazingly beautiful spot in paradise!
