Wardrobe Access: While newborn sessions are typically held in my studio in Frederick, MD, where I can access beautiful props, headbands, knit hats, blankets, and handmade, vintage items – I can also come to your home for a lifestyle newborn session. Both options will result in the same gorgeous imagery of your new baby!
Video: Oh, and did I mention that in addition to still images, I will document candid moments on video?! This bonus experience will provide you with a keepsake option that will bring you right back to your precious memories in a unique and refreshing way! (Can you tell I’m just a tad excited about video?)
Comfort & Creativity: On the day of your session, I’ll arrive and scope out the best light and locations for your shoot – choosing creative spaces to help you feel comfortable and showcase your personality. You can expect to be together for around an hour, capturing your family in their element.
Style: I’m glad you asked. When it comes to photography, my style is natural, vibrant, timeless, and modern. My goal throughout each session is to help you relax and be spontaneous! I want to catch the natural expressions of you being who you actually are. I love to see your children laughing, the pure bliss and excitement in an expecting couple’s eyes, and the sweet, sleepy yawn of a newborn. The candid moments in your life are the ones I want to record for you to keep and hold close to your heart forever.

Within 2 weeks from your session, your edited gallery will be ready to view. I offer in studio gallery reveals to view your images on full screen and take in the entire beauty of your session. This allows you to touch and feel the products such as albums, frames, treasure boxes, etc. and we can design wall galleries and albums with your favorite images. Families love coming in to see their image reveal and pick out their favorite products with my assistance. If an in-studio reveal is not preferred, I also offer Skype gallery reveals as well as online gallery reveals.
