I have absolutely loved photographing beautiful lifestyle newborn sessions in Washington DC family’s homes – and this year I have been so fortunate to have some insanely gorgeous families and homes! I love how exciting and amazing it can be as a photographer, going into a home you’ve never been to and getting to be creative with their decor and their house, while capturing their family with their brand new baby. I love checking out the best areas of beautiful light, and seeing how the rooms are so carefully decorated to welcome these precious babies into their homes. This amazingly beautiful family had a beautiful Washington DC home, with the prettiest lavender nursery for their beautiful baby girl. The light was so dreamy and gorgeous in there, and fit this beautiful baby perfectly. They also had some gorgeous elements to their home that we incorporated, from a stunning bay window seat to their beautiful backyard pool area, and a light filled living room and sitting room. Big sister N was a dream to photograph and was so proud to be a new big sister. She was a great age to be helpful and adorable at once, and I loved photographing her beautiful smile and gorgeous blonde curls. Baby C had the sweetest personality, cutest little face, and sweet scrumptious cheeks. She was so chill and happy the whole time, flashing us smiles and lots of love! She was a total dream baby – and was so sweet and happy for the whole session and loved being held and cuddled. I loved meeting this incredible family and love all their sneak peeks of their beautiful lifestyle newborn session!
