There is something special about a big grassy open field for a family session location in Maryland. It is definitely one of my favorite locations for an outdoor family photo sessions in the Maryland area, and this session is a perfect example for why! The sun during golden hour sets beautifully through the forest trees, leading the light to land on the grasses in the perfect way. This creates a gorgeous glow around the family, and lets me capture the most beautiful stunning family images during their photo session. The color combinations with their outfits were in such beautiful tones, and I love that this family picked jewel toned hues as well. This location is one of my favorites in Maryland since we have the combination of the beautiful open grassy field as well as cool boardwalk features and rustic fence line, all with a sunset mountain view to top it off. I loved getting to photograph this beautiful family during the most beautiful time of the year, and catch this amazing open field at sunset.
