This maternity session was my first time photographing at the National Cathedral in the Bishop’s Garden area in Washington, DC and it was absolutely perfection! They do require advanced reservations for their permit but it was totally worth it to have such a magical backdrop for this amazing family who was celebrating their maternity session for their baby boy. This big sister was so beautiful and loved her fun fluffy princess dress she wore, and enjoyed running around in the flower garden paths. Mama was absolutely stunning and you know I’m always a big fan of hats! Dad was so sweet and everything was perfect for this beautiful night. I loved photographing in the National Cathedral gardens for this maternity session and think it cast it’s magic on us while we were there!
