DC lifestyle newborn photosessions are some of my absolute favorite to photograph. I love how exciting and amazing it can be as a photographer, going into a home you’ve never been and getting to be creative with their decor and their rooms, and capturing their family as they are together with their newborn baby. I love checking out pockets of beautiful light in unexpected places, climbing the stairs to see what rooms would be beautiful in images. This incredibly beautiful family had a beautiful vintage DC home, with amazing modern decor, and their nursery was so peaceful and beautiful. The options were endless on ways to photograph them together, and I loved how they all turned out so reflective of their personalities and energy. Baby H was a total sweet pea – he was so sweet and happy for the whole session and loved being held and cuddled. I loved meeting this incredible family and love all their sneak peeks of their beautiful lifestyle newborn DC session!
