One of the best parts of being a Washington DC family and baby photographer is that I get to meet families all over the DC metro area. This amazing family lives in NOVA and since the DC metro area is so close to each other, I was able to photograph this cool Virginia family in their own town. We had a gorgeous early fall day with the prettiest warm morning light streaming through the garden and grounds. This fall in NOVA has been amazing with the nicest warm days and cool crisp nights, and plenty of color everywhere in the trees.
Sweet baby boy here was celebrating just turning 1 years old recently, so we got to photograph him completing all the fun milestones of a 1 year old boy. Pulling up on things, walking while holding mom and dad’s hands, playing airplane up in the air, and being tickled were some of his favorite things that morning. Their outfits were so pretty with a bit of southern flair in their color tones. His little boat shoes were the cutest things ever and I loved his sweet and happy personality that shone through throughout the morning. This was such a gorgeous family with amazingly genuine beauty and happiness. They were so much fun to photograph for their fall family photos!
