I was so excited to have our first annual spring cherry blossom flower studio mini sessions held in my Frederick, Maryland studio this spring! I have always loved photographing spring cherry blossoms in the Washington DC area and this new option of indoor studio minis with gorgeous flowering cherry blossom branches allows me to bring the beauty of outdoors inside for a change. This way we do not have to worry about the weather, the wind, the rain, or the bloom dates, but we still have all the pristine beauty of those first few blooming cherry branches. I have been wanting to do a spring version of my holiday mini sessions for a while, so this was so exciting to finally have come to fruition. I loved seeing some of my favorite families back in the studio for these special minis, and I also got to meet some new beautiful faces. We had grandparents pop into some images, twins experience their first photosession, and siblings cuddle in with mom and dad. So many amazing moments and such a great kick off for spring in my studio for these minis!
